GLOWBIOTICS® analyzes the characteristics of various fruit acids one by one for you, and teaches you how to choose a multifunctional, side-effect-free and gentle "skin-changing" fruit acid! Take you on a journey of becoming beautiful!
How does acid peeling work?
Acid peel is a type of chemical peel. At low concentrations , fruit acid can reduce the bonds between the keratinocytes in the outermost layer of the epidermis, accelerate the detachment of dead skin cells, promote the metabolism of epidermal cells, and prevent pores from being blocked, thereby reducing the formation of acne; at high concentrations , fruit acid can penetrate into deeper layers of the skin, dissolving the epidermis, thereby promoting skin regeneration, increasing the skin's hyaluronic acid content, improving water retention, and gradually improving the skin. In medicine, fruit acid peeling is known as "chemical peeling".
In other words, as long as you pick a fruit acid product that suits you, you can effectively "renew" your skin and achieve the following effects:
- Remove aging cuticles
- Accelerate the removal of acne, dark spots, blackheads and whiteheads
- Effectively improves dull skin
- Accelerate cell renewal
- Shrink pores
- Reduces redness and pigmentation
- Helps control oil secretion
- Regulates skin acid
There are two main types of fruit acid peels: AHA and BHA
AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) is a water-soluble fruit acid, most of which are extracted from fruits or foods, including:
- Glycolic Acid, extracted from sugar cane
- Mandelic Acid, extracted from bitter almonds
- Lactic acid, from yogurt and maple syrup
BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acids) is a fat-soluble fruit acid, including.
- Salicylic Acid, extracted from willow bark, gaultheria leaves and sweet birch, is a fat-soluble organic acid.
