Dermatriz Limited ("we", "us", "our") will respect your statutory privacy rights when collecting, storing, using and transferring personal data, and this Personal Information Collection Statement explains our privacy practices.

According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”), “personal data” means any information that:

(b) it is practicable to ascertain, directly or indirectly, the identity of the individual from the information; and

(c) the data is in a form in which access to and processing of the data is practicable.

This information refers to any personally identifiable information or sensitive information, but is not limited to, name, gender, occupation, address, contact details, identity card or passport number, date of birth, email address, telephone number, credit card information, your age, your marital status, your employer, your income, demographic information.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before providing any personally identifiable information to the Company.

We may automatically collect information about your activities on the App or Website using the following technologies, including but not limited to, Cookies, Flash Cookies, Web beacons, clear pixels, pixel tags, Analytical tags, Web server logs, Geo-location technologies .

2. Purposes for which we will use your personal data

iii. The latest news on marketing promotion reward schemes, birthday offers, free trial products, digital activities, roadshows/street promotions, and in-store promotions;

iv. To notify you of joint promotions or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, industries, celebrities, magazines, television, websites, cultural, artistic or musical groups/organizations, charities or non-profit organizations

If at any time you do not want us to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes as stated above, you may notify us to express your objection.

7. Retention of Data

8. Confirmation

Your acceptance of the Newsletter subscription and completion and signing of the membership application constitutes your understanding and agreement to the above terms. The Company's privacy policy statement will be changed according to the company's development and needs without further notice. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail.
