Exchange terms

Glowbiotics Hong Kong is committed to providing customers with the best probiotic skin care products, hoping to achieve perfection from the shopping experience to the product after-sales service. If a customer has any questions about any product after purchasing it from the showroom or this website , If you have any questions about usage or skin care procedures, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to answer and handle your questions.

We value the quality of our products and services, and we strive to ensure that all products sold are intact and of the correct quality before they leave our office. However, the product may be damaged during delivery or other accidents. In order to allow customers to enjoy a worry-free shopping, we are happy to provide customers with a 7-day exchange service. If the customer finds that the product needs to be replaced within seven days of purchase or receipt due to problems or damage caused by our staff or during delivery, we are willing to provide exchange service. Please note that the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The packaging of the goods must be kept intact
  • The original receipt must be provided
  • The Glowbiotics products must be purchased from www.glowbiotics.com.hk or our showroom

Please provide your name and contact number , Please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item and email us at info@dermatriz.com or visit our showroom and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

We will not accept exchange requests in the following situations:

  • The product has been delivered and sold for more than seven days;
  • The product has been opened (except for product deterioration);
  • The product has been opened and 30% or more of its net capacity or weight (whichever is less) has been used;
  • Failure to produce the original receipt;
  • Any allergic or adverse reaction to Glowbiotics or any claim that the product is not suitable for use

*Dermatriz Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any health problems or conditions associated with or resulting from the use of Glowbiotics products. If any adverse reaction occurs, we recommend that you seek medical advice immediately; spoiled products that have been used in excess of 30% or more of the original net volume or weight (whichever is less);

  • The product is not in its original packaging, is tampered, damaged or incomplete.
  • Any free gifts, accessories, sample gifts, or products that do not accept returns .

We do not accept refund requests under any circumstances. Customers can only return or exchange the same item once within the specified date under the same receipt. Products that have been replaced will not be accepted for exchange.
